Sometimes you'll head out on a whale watch, only to find that the seas are too rough to be comfortable, or even safe, and the boat has to turn back.
What happens to your money?
You will receive a ticket to come back to the next tour if you will be in the area for awhile or can come back later in the season. Otherwise, you'll be refunded.
No Cetaceans :
We offer "guaranteed sightings," which usually means that if they aren't sighted, you get a free ticket to come on another trip.
